A nice night ride in the Dyfi Forest. Did the Climachx trail and the Builth descent.

Out with Dave, Bernd, Myles and Rich. Rich had a new bike and hadn't been out much so did well to make it all the way round, especially as it was his first night ride too.

I felt good and had a nice ride. It started raining before the final descent and the trails were pretty wet anyway but that seems to be the way it is this year.

My hand was a little sore after yesterdays windsurfing crash but it wasn't too bad.
